Restaurant, Bar, and Business Owners, we provide the  LAWFULLY REQUIRED AND SIZED signs to prevent the carrying of Concealed Firearms in your business!!!! Our signs can be seen all over South Carolina. Don't make the mistake of buying the wrong signs as the law is EXTREMELY specific and our signs meet all of the statutory requirements!!
If your sign does not look like the one to the left and is      8" x 12" it is not legal and people are carrying concealed in your business!

South Carolina Laws are very specific and complex when it comes to putting up signs to prohibit the carrying of guns in your business (size, height, posted at every door).  Most business owners think the signs they have are sufficient but they are not compliant with State laws.  What they don't know is that some CWP Instructors and people carrying concealed weapons are commonly told in class "if the sign is not the proper size, and in the proper place then ignore it and carry in the business anyway."  The truth is, they disregard these signs and carry anyway because the law supports them if you don't post the signs properly! You just won't know about it until someone is shot in your business, there is an accidental discharge, or you see a gun on someone.  When it comes to bars and restaurants that serve alcohol, it's not the person carrying the concealed weapon that you necessarily have to worry about... it's the intoxicated patron that instigates a situation which causes a person carrying to intercede.  Why is this important?  You know in today's society, when something happens SOMEONE is going to sue, and they are not going after the small money. They see your business as "big pocket liability" and if you aren't compliant with the law it's easy for them to say your business didn't take the right steps to help prevent it.
**We are a local business based out of Myrtle Beach which allows us to be familiar with the laws specific to your circumstance and help you post the signs lawfully**

Our South Carolina signs can be found here, or if you would like a consultation to determine what the scope of becoming compliant will be, feel free to contact us and we will arrange to evaluate your situation for you.
